Nicolae Baltag, the man who built Ungheni's water system, turns 70

An Honorary Citizen of Ungheni, Nicolae Baltag spent his working life at the municipal utility Apa-Canal, building and maintaining the town's water and sewer network. On his 70th birthday, Monday 6 July, City Hall publicly congratulated him and thanked him for a service the whole town depends on.
